Handbuilt Ready to Runs

Our range of O gauge (7mm) ready to runs are handbuilt by our incredibly skilled team of modelers and craftsmen at our factory based in Consett, County Durham. Each ready to run is built bespoke to order and personalised according to the customer’s specifications – including locomotive number, name, shed number and livery aswell as sound and steam. All ready to runs are also supplied with high performance wheelsets and motor/gearbox.

Standard VS Precision Ready to Runs

Our standard ready to runs have been cleverly tooled and designed with a cast tender and cab to create a cost effective range of locomotives whilst still maintaining the outstanding quality and finish that DJH Model Loco is known for. Alternatively, our precision range of ready to runs are produced from our famous O gauge kits which are designed using a combination of intricate white metal castings and brass etchings.
