Order Tracking

What time will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the times of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Please provide a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you if necessary.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will be emailed with tracking information for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you are not home when our order is due to be delivered, our courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Returns Information

What is your returns policy?

Should you change your mind once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return the goods. All returned products must be unused and sent back in their original packaging. The cost of the order will be refunded, minus any delivery charges incurred.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us by email on sales@djhmodelloco.co.uk within 14 days. We will exchange your goods at no charge or refund you in full – including delivery charges.

If the goods become faulty after use, please send us an email to sales@djhmodelloco.co.uk with a short description of the problem and we will respond with the next steps.

As Ready to Run models are built to order and to the customers specification, we are unable to accept returns for these items.

How do I request a return?
In the event you wish to return a product to us please contact us on sales@djhmodelloco.co.uk or 01207 500050 stating your original order number and reason for the return.
How do I send my return back to you?

The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is at the fault of DJH Model Loco (e.g. faulty or damaged).

All items should be returned to the following address:

DJH Model Loco, Squires, 100 London Road, Bognor Regis, PO21 1DD.

Please note, all returned items are inspected for quality assurance. If, for whatever reason, your return fails this inspection, we may be unable to refund you.

How long will it take for my refund to go through?

Once returned, your return will be processed and you will be refunded within 28 working days. Refunds will be credited directly to the debit or credit card you used to place the order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team on 01207 50050. If your order has yet to be dispatched, a full refund will be processed. However, if your order has already been dispatched before we receive notification of a cancellation request, we will refund the cost of your order minus any delivery charges incurred.

If you wish to cancel an order for a ready to run model, you will lose the your non-refundable deposit.
