K326 Kit – BR Class 03 Diesel

All DJH Model Loco kits are designed with an extreme attention to detail and built to the scale of the original model. Our Research and Development team examine archived drawings to gain access to the most intricate details of the original model and replicate this in the model designs – even down to the number of rivets used!

Handcrafted by our incredibly skilled team of modelers, toolmakers and craftsmen, all products are made at our modern factory based in Consett, County Durham. Using high quality materials such as pewter and brass, DJH Model Loco kits are extremely durable and built to last.

Suitable for experienced modelers, our K326 kit is supplied with fitting instructions which details the tools required and step-by-step instructions to guide you through the build.

First allocated to service in 1958 in a class of some 230 locomotives, the BR 03 was widely distributed to most BR regions working hard well into the 1980’s. Many remain preserved today.

The DJH Locomotive kit includes:

• One-piece cast alloy bonnet, brass and nickel silver etchings (some pre-bent)
• Finely detailed parts cast in brass, nickel silver and white metal

The kit has been designed to go together easy and would be ideal for the novice modeller.

This model requires paint and transfers to complete. Kit should be purchased with WS K326 wheelset and GB40L motor gearbox.
